it is the little things
the music
the poetry
it is jerry garcia and louie armstrong
and a kind word here and there
between the wheels
the ins and outs
ups and downs
joy and sorrow
this brief life span that used to drag on and on
is now going faster than Uncle Albert's math

letting go and hanging on
it is the friendship and kindness of strangers
that have kept me going
pushing my rock
carrying my crosses
finding the way
I shall die happy surely
looking forward to another go round
if it was good enough for old Buddha
gimmee that old time religion
I was a failure as a Jewish man
I am still just a kid
never a man
no bar mitzvah even
the only religion I got is Friendship

April is a cruel month to me
April 16, 1963 to March 31, 2012 what a long interesting trip it has been since the last time I died

I will probably die happy
Thank you Mr Camus
blessed be your memory

No wonder there's a puzzle.
It took me 4 times to login.
Kinda puts a spin on us within.
Don't put me in a muzzle,
I have a lot to say.
Welcome to another day
where you'll get your fill.
April.

a glorious month - jam enriched - delight to write - joy to read
thanks to all who read and wrote - studio 8 again fills the heart
