I've been covered (again)

Post by mistertroll » August 17th, 2007, 10:34 am

Kevroy Potter, one of my buddies over at Audio-Village.com did a cover of one of my songs, and posted it today, apparently unaware that today was the 2nd anniversary of my friend's passing.

The Rev. Dr. Boxe was my closest friend for a very long time. The song describes to some extent the feeling of loss I continue to experience.

Beautiful tune, Mr Troll
and a very nice rendition

the greatest honor a songwriter can have
is for someone else to do his tune

thank you

Very nice! I think I heard you perform this on your myspace, also. Great tune! Thanks for posting Kevroy Potter's rendition. He's got a very appealing voice and this is a fine performance.

Reminds me of Harry Nillson for some reason.

Ever try to sell your tunes to HBO? HBO buys tunes for movies and stuff like that. This one might be a shoe-in.

:)
