Dúo Cofradía (Trinidad - Cuba) great voices, ritmo & humor!
Raúl Marchena (Santa Clara - Cuba) great lyrics!! a very young trovador-rocker!

I didn´t find a link to Dúo Cofradía site but I found a link to Marchena site. You can listen the songs!

Max Bruck
I can't stop listening to it. For the past hour I have been playing it over and over.
Beautiful in a mournful way.

ok I confess.

had another long session with "sir nose d'void of funk", by the P funk mob (Parliament, in this case), and wondering why I never thought of it before... Man, that music is like a beautiful horrible tonic, completely over the top and restrained. I'm still reading it, but more to the point, moving. That riff is just too much.

Okay... New year, new times.

I'm officially over my P-funk addiction.

Yes, you can quote that.

I'm liking a band called Redneck Manifesto right now. It's a jam band from Ireland, mostly instrumental guitar-y stuff. And I'm listening to some older stuff (to me anyway) Led Zepellin, I finally have gotten into Zappa and King Crimson and did not know why it took me so long to get there. I want to hear anything progressive right now, or with hardly any words. Or both! Yep, that's what's happening in my ears right now....it's been a while...

I read two weeks ago about a cd made by Led Zeppelin´s singer and a country singer! anybody listen to it?

Tribalismo dvd (Arnaldo Antúnez-Marisa Monte-Carlinhos Brown) a delight to see and to listen. With portuguese subtitulados an irresistible invitation to sing!!!!!!!! :D
