ya gotta rent or buy this DVD just to see and hear Janis doin' "Cry, Baby!"

i got tears in my eyes... DAMN! that woman could rock'n'blues it down.... i LOVED her!

I met her like a year before this recording... it was my sixteenth birthday... went to her concert.. saw her standing right stage under a tree at merriweather post pavillion and went up and said hi and she gave me a sip from her southern comfort bottle just like that

and i've been a MESS ever since!

oh and i forgot to say the raw footage jammin' on the train... it's like too cool!.... it's like you invited 'em all into your living room ... jerry, janis and the lot of 'em!

watching Janis tore my soul out of my body and pasted it onto hers

great movie. good to hear it's on DVD - it never did make it to Israel from what i noticed
