The Yeah Yeah Yeah Song, by The Flaming Lips http://www.myspace.com/flaminglips

Pretty much my favourite band. The W.A.N.D. (The Will Always Negates Defeat) gets me grooving too.

I been hearing this one a lot this month, if only in my head.
But now I’ve got my dangerous feelings under lock and chain
Guess I killed my violent nature with a smile
Though the demons danced and sang their song within my fevered brain
Not all my God-like thoughts, Lord, were defiled
It is August 29th and there are only four days left until Septemer First 1939

this is my 3-yr-old son's favorite song right now, sung at the top of his lungs:

bob the builder can you fix it bob the builder can you fix it bob the builder can you fix it bob the builder can you fix it mutt and scoop working too bob the builder can you fix it?

he always stops singing as soon as i get something ready to record him doing it. but i'll get it. i'm smarter than him cause he's only 3.
and knowing i'm so eager to fight cant make letting me in any easier.

My favorite song this morning is Revolution by the Beatles.
I been thinking about it not listening.

I used to have a tape of my three year old nephew singing the Flintstones song. A friend of mine who was a musician taped over it.

Why not just ask him to sing it for the recorder?

Till It Shines -Seger.
I been listening to it loop on RealPlayer for about twenty times now, maybe

He sounds like a happy kid firsty
Not starved for affection and attention like my nephew when he was three.

.

...do not will him to be exceptional.
It is the exception that interests the devil.
It is the exception that climbs the sorrowful hill
