i just found this kickass website: mog.com.

it catalogues your music collection and constantly updates based on recently played music from your player. it's pretty fucking cool, kind of like a mature (grown-up, not xxx) version of myspace except with music. i think we should set up our own group of users there. whaddya say?

it also gives you the option to upload your own music.

How does it get info from your player? You have to be logged onto the site when you're playing music from your player? How does it "see" your player?

Or maybe you don't know "how" but could you explain the site to me a little further? I'm a dummy. Remember that. lol... you probably always do anyway.

there is a small background application that you download and that runs whenever you're connected. once it's "sent" your list to the site, you dont need to stay connected unless you want it to update your active playlist.
