Dear Jan 8/6/12

Dear Jan,

today was a day for putting things away. i remained quixotic however and left you out. the days are gone when my mind would fall to my heart so this is what you get when the spirit of August moves heavy on the land. the erotic excites my imagination much more than the beautiful and i long for the days when my speech was without declaration. when emotion was part of a whole & clean of debris. natural & timeless.

henry miller is both boring & exciting. i wish he had been less boring.

And i agree with you that revolutions are stupid. i think because they are fomented by stupid men & stupid women for reasons of security and marketed under the auspices of "progress" or "necessity" to hallow or otherwise sanitize the blood that will be spilled for it all. plus they are hardly ever erotic. what does tyranny matter to the gypsy?

do you believe the stories that fossils suggest? tell tell.
Doll, you may have found a place of rest but I'm still on the trail.
