apparently when there is trauma- it is stored in your limbic brain- and all the talking will not release it-the story teller brain is different- it carries no pain---- that is why sometimes people cannot speak- because - the voice is connected to the heart- and when it is broken- lips quiver- tears flow- somethings sting only the outer layer of the eyes- others seem to penetrate to the deepest portions of the soul- where is the dimmer switch on that light?

the sun is out- painting and writing- where do you put the sadness? will it ever go away?

thanks- i am 'going in' to the dark side of my places- where shards of glass co-exist with love and panic- where the sun always sets on my navel- where the alpha and omega beat drums and pray on my nipples- and the little people are working hard- to make the body function- and meet the soul halfway to eternity and here- all at the request of a little girl that had way too much responsability and didnt know how to do those things that were done to her-but she learned- in spite of contrary forces-the people that have guided me here-are still helping me heal-thankful- but tired of needles poked in me like a patchwork quilt being sewn back together= all the while the voice tells me- love will take you out-and it has- a few times-
each time i get the love quiver- i know better- back away from the blown it up button-

even in the darkness- there will be a light that shines - nothing can block the strength and the force of life- ripping thru my muscles and that qui just refreshes the soul- NEW BEGINNINGS- that would only indicate- PUTTING THE GOOD FOOT FORWARD- in james brown style- 'I FEEL GOOD, LIKE I KNEW THAT I WOULD'===
