It's All Up To You

You are the only one who can decide what kind of day you will have.
No one can ruin your day without your permission. Others may be rude, nasty or mean, and you will react to them at the time, but once the encounter has passed, it is up to you to decide whether to let it colour your whole day and make you unhappy or to shake it off and get on with your life. If you don't shake it off, you will pass it on. And the person who put you in this mood has won, and doesn't know or even care. So you can spread sunshine or you can rain on everybody's parade.
