that sweet glowing face- lights were just turned back on- i met her in the streets of portland that day- she was smacked out- and i was pretending to have something of value to give her- which - i really wasnt so sure i had any of that left- in my usual roll thru portland- i have some regular-spots- and i just took her with me-'oh what the hell'
so i take her to one resturant and feed her-she pukes again- junkies puke-by the way-and i told her'if you puke in my car ill kill you'
nothing like some good inner bitch instructions- i say to her' oh yeah- i get it i really do'
so is it working?'
no i am just doing it now-out of habit she slurs
i take her to a meeting - she didnt wanna go-
i told her if she was gonna sleep around town that it was one of the better places to sleep-'
then an amazing thing happened- maybe when she was asleep = or another day- but she got clean-SHIT-
and then
and then?
she was here -at the farm with her native man frolicking around in the rain with the dogs, doing a sweat lodge and an objibway sing--she is glowing and in love- she has a man that sings to the four directions?
how did that happen?
kinda makes ya wanna give the medicine man some tabacco and dance in north dakota this year huh?
