'best not to disturb her'been painting and talking abou the things she sees again.
the sun intermittantly came thru the window- the oregon sky threatened to steal what was once only hers-
she had that look again- like something was tearing at her-each suture attempt to sew the pieces back together seemed futile on that day=she was brown in the sun-pale in the fog.
the same movies were on the cable before she left- the music was horrifying.outside on one of the walks taken to increase whatever circulation could be managed- she wanted to be good- she really did-
maybe that just wasnt in the cards- her mind kept showing her photographic glimpses of cutting that woman s braid right off-in front of all the natives in the northwest and a loud trill is heard- the geese circled and sang to her on her walk- mulling over the choices-postponing cigs and debating about having coffee- endlessly-with teas with the name of ' yerba matte isnt quite the same- get the spark going- the engine is asleep- running-burning gas- but no motion,thrive' she thought about old lovers and husbands- the description of which seemed to carry a fragrance of each person she felt- thru the journey before the exit-the sweetness and the darkness of each - fragile and brave- walking away to fields of lavender-she was happy= the scent permeated everything she saw-that electric feeling would come over her and she would get a trance like glaze on her eyes and people said her name to bring her back- craving the warmth of the hawaiian sun- she was going to get that which belonged to her- no matter what the seemingly sound of mind echo she presented to the court- there were many holes in her story- one that she wish she told-
it is as if the universe is conspiring to bring out the truth-and she just showed up- and doid what was required- like the magic felt when something out of the ordinary is felt-by more than one person-
