get with the program

so i guess the real reason i am writing this- is because although - i like the writing of many people on here- there seems to be a real lack of emotional congruity- it would seem that people are either really over joyed and creative or slightly morose and dark- no balance=
i think there is way more to this thing then passion- excellant choices of words, and the metaphor- the monologue etc
in each of these pieces there is a piece of our souls- there was a time when i came here to hide- from my marriage- from school- from- then it was like i could not stop posting- then i fell away- i was involved in a daily writing piece and the other person pulled the plug with no notification- so i shut down after that- and once more had come to the conclusion that it is never wise to put yourself all the way out there- but guess what- THAT IS WHAT GOOD WRITING IS ALL ABOUT- the description or the report - not really very exciting- the essay - well - ok - sure-
in the time it takes to consider another person- i do not think it will hurt-if perhaps the idea of really understanding another is quite far fetched= might raise a few eye brows-however- in a joint effort- it is wise to consider the other and their perspective-i think people can be rather filpant=-and that we need to make efforts to practice kindness
