Could be both. Must have something to do with bad wiring, or restriction of consciousness. Don't ask me how, exactly...

Why aren't I more awe-struck over such simple things as, "no two snowflakes are exactly alike"?...

it should be: "no two snowflakes ever seen so far are exactly alike."

How do they know these things? water has an infinite number of posible shapes when frozen. the crystals, that is. they have infinite possible shapes. So, does that mean it can't repeat?

I'm willing to bet that if a full scale worldwide compulsory fingerprint survey was carried out, they'd find at least two that were similar.

It doesn't amaze as much as it maybe should because it's cleary another example of scientific arrogance.

question: if, indeed, a woodchuck could, feasibly, chuck wood, how much wood would said woodchuck chuck? follow up question: where would the woodchuck chuck its wood?

slightly embarrassing aside: I have always thought a "woodchuck" was a type of bird. I don't know why. i just googled it and found that it's a little beaver type thing.

where would the woodchuck chuck its wood?
In the woods? I thought maybe that's where they came from.

related question: how far can one go into the woods?
