I just spent three days
and two nights in the mountains -
last night woke up in the midst
of a mountain thunderstorm and
there are so many impressions
they ain't sorted themselves out yet
whew! been so long since I've done
something like that - I used to spend
so much time in the woods - ok, I gotta
stop my go here or , well,ya know....

leaves dangling
minds wandering
startled by the

but its time for somethin' new

I wandered out onto the
fast disappearing tundra
and went to bed
