Witch Hunt ! Witch Hunt !
it's hard to beat a good witch hunt
howling dogs
torches in the moonlight
Lon Cheney approaches Burger King and
the old gypsy woman in her wagon
disappears beyond the hills
Doll, you may have found a place of rest but I'm still on the trail.

fear is a rush
but I was not about to go running through those woods
in pursuit of it
so I pushed it down, got grip on it and walked the other way.

The old gypsy women rides off but he has always knows she still looks out for her grand son so none can put the evil eye on him.

The Old Gypsy supplied her a potion
for two pennies worth
which helps the food go light
and she'd pursued him to have cheese
and wine, she was not very good to lunch with
for it was mostly conversations and her shy lip.

He'd made a mental note
to ask the witch for tequila next time.

little mischievous darling!

"Dark Flow" Discovered at the Edge of Known Universe

we are flowing
all of us
in a dark flow
Alice, the rabbit, the mad hatter
you, me all entangled up in blue

we are all flowing towards Vela
So:
"Pour me another tequila, Sheila. "

I've got one hand in your pocket
and the other pointing towards the stars.
Last thing my Grandma taught me
was it don't matter what's real
or what time it is--
when it all goes to memory.
I've got it all right there.

knackin' and trackin'
papaya on rum sounds fine
beyond steak sandwiches I
never want to go on a Sunday
I'm gonna eat now
and the universe can
just blow up or go fishin'
Doll, you may have found a place of rest but I'm still on the trail.

I am okay with my mirror
but I had to fight the urge
to throw my TV through a window
I guess I was just desperate for some fresh air.

In the twenty first century of the common era
I see a
Strange old twentieth century man in my mirror

I was searching studio eight for this poem by HTIOMARO
"A strange old man
stops me,
Looking out of my deep mirror"
and I found even more than I was looking for
this Dylanism.
In the bitter dance of loneliness fading into space,
In the broken mirror of innocence on each forgotten face.

I hear the ancient footsteps like the motion of the sea
Sometimes I turn, there's someone there, other times it's only me.
I am hanging in the balance of the reality of man
Like every sparrow falling, like every grain of sand.

One of my treasures dame
I only own a couple of pieces of art
My last squeeze
My Last Duchess
My last vagina
an art teacher in an elementary school
she took my mother in when we had no place else for her to stay after her stroke.

Never forget how sweet her smile was coming out of the shower that morning. And my mother so grateful.
