About two weeks ago, I hiked in the deep woods
with my daughter. We heard no helicopters flying overhead,
and we heard the hissing of the cicadas,
chirps of birds & chatter of squirrels.
We imagined what it must have been
like at an old spring, a couple hundred years ago...
It is great to recreate and get away
to the woods & feel the spirit there...
