Got it, Mark - Thx!
in the process of moving
from here to there
packing all this shit into boxes
and the more i do it
the more i fight a growing urge
to shitcan it all
pots, silverware, paint, drawing table
- envy Basho,
he had two changes of clothes
a walking stick
a bowl -
sundries i suppose,
and walk out the door
if i could locate Dr. Sax
i'd punch him in the face
on my way out
get on my bike
and pedal off into the snow

all over the streets
spilling albatrosses
cracked chatter
amidst intermingle
beagle dogz lead
the way
day turns to night
pounding rhythms
from cuban place
below me
temps go up but
they will come down
rimes and mariners
sail into abstract
distances, far and wide
sarashima visions
a whipporwill
sippin sake
lazy fish rendezvous
belle epoch interlude
evryone copying hokusai
row you devils, row
beneath mt. fuji
we take no prisoners
nor will we surrender
all in this masquerade

long day -
belly full of spaghetti for me -
gonna lay it down for now
get some reading in -
these guys in the book
still talkin' about poetry
love it - things i've had roam
around in my head for years
even more the older i get
and they're talkin' up a storm 'bout it
sparkle on the monkey train, my friend
sparkle on the monkey train
all the way to mongolia -

I enjoy to toy with
a wide variety of
experiences.
They fill my life
with variance,
something needed,
craved. To stave off
adversity can be tricky
but sticking to challenges
makes it worthwhile.

I like traveling to many places,
pretty much anywhere where
there are traces of creative
blasts. Some people are rude,
some are crass, some are loving,
tender, kind. I don't mind
fitting in all the rhythms.
They feed my head.
I love going many places.
And now I'm going to bed.

This is a poem. I jammed it
out in a minute or two.
Now I'm through,
ready to dream.
Tomorrow morning,
coffee with cream.
