easy lovin'
gimme some
of that good lovin'
temperatures risin'
no surprises
melody maker
dream shaker
tambura moan
blues harp wail
guitar strains
constant beat
rhthmic intrlude
makes the world
go around

spied from across the room,
enjoying her presence, that
intensely sincere look in her eyes,
then she turns and smiles.....
me I feel like I'm becoming some kinda Kung fu t.v. Priest.....

and all her smiles inspire
uplifting in my bodied soul
like Francis Scott Key city
spire on spire on spire
College girls underneath a cherrywood Hood
and all their smiles inspire
a scenic overlook
a nook driving North
hilltops like the edge of sleeping ladies on the left
bluesy like the starry background cleft
if it must be from an old gray head--
Monocacy Democracy--
I'll spare their country smiles he said
because of all their inspiration.

love is eternal when It is.
the sex comes and goes for some lonesome singularities like me
but money never could buy me love
I know what what true love is
True love when It is
It is perfect kindness
and letting go
When ever it is
it will always be
every moment
is filled with love
for a fortunate few

"I know the location of every crumb of happiness that has fallen through the cracks" paraphrase of yabyum from a long time ago

"the eyes go reconoitering for what would be pleasing to the heart to posess"
She was on the bus in nashville
I was standing when I noticed her looking at me.
She was seated a few rows away
A large floppy sun hat
and just as I noticed her gaze she she lowered her head so that all I could see was her smile beneath the brim

I got off the bus a few blocks later never saw her again.

I wish they could all be California girls.
it can't be found
there is no looking for It
Sometimes she will fall out of a tree and into your arms when you least expect it.

So I still struggle with expectations
cause no one can live without the hope of love
I finally learned how to let go after the need is gone. How is that for irony.

good lovin is always and option
quirky singles
solitary souls
the love is forever
romance comes and goes.

Ferflingetti's cho cho train full of lovers is still rolling down the track
I pretend to hear it coming now.

To love the good an option always is—
a focus rarely opted though; but Love
enacted loving well? Impossible.
As thoughtful, wise or swift our human minds
pretend to be, still never have we yet
loved well. And still attempts are not in vain.
I’ve poorly loved and fully reconciled
my poorest loves as honest love compiled;
and honest love may well enough remain
my highest aim to love the good. Regret
me not, who loved you less than well, for kinds
of love are many. Though it’s possible
what I’ve opined is falsehood wary of
the lovely truth, pray love is all that is.

that poor old wooden head
never got a kiss

I could never fake it
love that is

it is a gift in all its vibrations from Agape to Amore
in solitude I have stored up the gold of vibrations of sincerity.
that is my comfort among my forlorn rags of old age

“trying to love all life, trying to be utterly sincere with everyone, practicing endurance, kindness, cultivating joy of heart. How can this be done in our mad modern world of multiplicities and millions? By practicing a little solitude, going off by yourself once in a while to store up that most precious of golds: the vibrations of sincerity.” Kerouac

not now firefox
submit to zulu dawn
doomed empire sets
brought down by
the spinning wheel
all about love
can't see the forest
for the trees
it'll put ya down
on the ground
on yer knees
like a stiff breeze
on federal hill
love'll cure yer ills
like a bowlin ball and
yer the pin, love will
knock ya down
again & again & again & again & again...........

I love my brothers and sisters all over this world
You remind me a lot of my brother the jitterbug
I can't remember you ever posting an unkind word here.

autumn in new york
dexter in round midnight
riff
i love ta saunter
the spires beckon
barbara fritchie frying bacon
waving her flag
"leave her be!"
johnny rebs marching
unto doomsday
the spires lay
sleepy by carroll creek
autumn in new york
a riff
a jam
better on a horn
or amplified blues harp
give it a try
round midnight
autumn in new york
beneath the spires
it beckons
