we fight like the three stooges and there are only two of us
when we slept together it was like a horn section swinging the bells
in bebop sleep aptnia unison two beats to the left, two beats to the right
and we could stay up all night to fight, but in the end we are kittens
batting each other in love and other adjectives with slap-stick slaps
