you a poet hiding like tarbaby waiting to ride that big black mare

the kid calvin was uttering the same machismo inanity thhat has oppressed
little girls for ten thousand years  where was hobbes when we needed him?

try that in the year 3,000 CJ :P

i was joking with an old lady nurse,
i was giving some chemo to her son
the protocol was like ESHOP or something
reminded me about the 3 guys who got thrown in the furnace
by nebucaneezer, the geezer
she said, it's "meshack an tobedwego"

heard a white preacher on tv

he said the guards were burned when they threw the 3 guys into the fire
but the 3 were not burned because JESUS was in there with them
mazel tov! he said, i'm a jew from the future! 8)

mazel tov i'm gollum with my precious golden cross, it was a golden calf but we made it all better, don't tell moses he will know and will be dissappointed

the first spring time of the new decade
it was short and sweet here in Texas
we are well in to sultry summer

under ground streams
are timeless

Not into screams right now, feeling no pain stoned again
I am into honesty
and streams
merrily we roll

I not concerned with your opinions of my attitude toward women. I take women as they cross into my consciousness, one by one as they come, some of them I would walk through hell on Sunday for. Others I run from. Remember we been there done that we got the hats.
"I am the only hell my mama ever raised"
And that is just the tip of the iceberg
But I still objectify their bodies
down deep in the gash that launched a thousand ships and sank the Titanic

think of it as a Tarot Card
called "The Iceberg"
that's me jimboloco

underground streams run deep
silent as icebergs

<a href="http://s662.photobucket.com/albums/uu34 ... dmap-1.gif" target="_blank"><img src="http://i662.photobucket.com/albums/uu34 ... dmap-1.gif" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

la la la
don't mean much
just means jam jam and more jam
petal to the medal on the yellow brick road.
"Surrender Dorothy"

my appogies to the women of studio eight if my comments were/are offensive

I felt no need to come to the aid of that little girl in the Calvin and Hobbes comic strip. She is a fierce little woman, you notice she kicked his ass.

How much I feared being a women when I was his age, My first shock at seeing a naked woman and wondering what the hell happened to her. Ah but the sexual curiosity of children is doomed. They just ain't got a clue. I sure did not. It seems like just the other day "I found out what my special purpose is for"

Yes Oedipus wrecks got nothing on me.
sorry

It is their faces that haunt me most
Corny I know, but like flowers
they are to me.

Every few years I have a dream about the woman in the shadows
My dream lover
If not for her I would not have a love life at all
sometimes I worry about you jimboloco
scream at me if you have to
what are Friends for.
if not for that

cheeky, mercy  2010
i ain't no literary police
just poking in the garden
lookin fer weeds to pick
don't ya like pulling up weeds
i find it to be very therapeutic

listening to george
impressing my wife
she likes country
i hated everythang
til jack kerouak
an his school of disembodied poetics
took me to lit kicks
an zero hero
an the kooks there
then the deluge
and exile and hiding in that secret place
an you came bubbling up in doreen and judih's
underground cavern, bubba
an told me to dive an swim
don't know how you did that exactly
an i don't reckon you did no how
but i dove and swam deep til i saw that glow
an you up above treading water with one toe
swoosh! up i leaped with a splash
a reverse cannonball like you on hashish
an there was this place all around
some in fresh air and sunlight
some underground
bubbling frothy
unsound and weepy
goofy kooky
yet objectively sound
fair and square

I was thinking that.

I am honored to serve as a wrang wrang for you
... wrang-wrang - Someone who steers a Bokononist away from a line of speculation by reducing that line, with the example of the wrang-wrang's own life, ...
Did you notice what the girl said to Calvin?

"Gotta be better than the alternative."

She is a little girl who is comfortable in her skin.

wrote an epic poem
the penultimate poem of my life
a poem to my mother
when i discovered i was a poet
before this i was just jamming
but i had written a poem and so had to dedicate
and thus called it by its true name
a poem for my mother
my mother was a wounded bird
it is changing my life
i have sought out and healed my entire family
with one felled swoop
like the snakeman that i am :P

i had been thinking about how i was ready to now get into some other peoples poems
and stories now that i have resolved some of my issues ya know the same ennui of aingst,
that cognitive dissonance that plagues us all, we feel the pain, we harbor the pathos
of these times and are alchemists, rebels who know this, just deserves saying in case
anybody don't know this is goin somewhere good cause we are so very bad 8) 8) 8) 8)
so i was again reading a poem by sonoftheson asking questions

it was a miracle un milagro
i had just had a conversation with my mother
the first one in months
she gave me some more info i didn't have before
and i told her that now i understood
why she had a hard time expressing love as a mom
and we had closure!
we could feel the flow
for the first time ever
and it was real and nice and sweet
annd very dear
her love for me had been
a question mark in shadows
and out it came from her
and then i read his poem
as tho his life depended on it
and i was blessed

i gave birth to my man poem
to heal my mother,
sent it to them all
the estranged ones
the ones comfortably distant
and to the dear ones
i want to be closer in spirit
thanks to sonoftheson

lets play a game of sharing :D
