thank you for connecting with us

I write daily, wanting them to know
they are continously on my heart

this morning I wrote
to her
a reminder of our
connectedness
because we are

what I wrote
I'm sharing
with poets
who understand
will take up these words
and send them again
in her direction
her's and her baby's

Good Morning!

I'm looking out at the sky
knowing it stretches over you too

I take a breath
and I know you are breathing
in and out
the same air

our hearts beat
with the same
rhythm

I close my eyes
and I know that we
are in union

Knowing our connections
Feeling our connections
I concentrate on health
filling you with light and love
healing every cell
with every breath
with every heart beat

Healing, health
Love and light

somedays the clouds of
pain, uncertainty and fear
block out the Light she seeks.
I wish I could
hand her a jar of magic
and make it all go away.

baby's coming soon.

treatments put on hold.
prayers continue.
she's tired.
smiles alot,
cries too.

so many unknowns
added to the usual unknowns.
so much hope

We need to be aware of the suffering, but retain our clarity, calmness and strength so we can help transform the situation.
