Some things in life
just ain't fair.
We all have our addictions,
nobody gonna argue with
that.

I'll live, cause I know it's
a temporary condition, but
of course being the wired guy
I do be, it still lingers in my
mind.

That which we feed off makes
ya hungry for more, a lil slice
even a small morsel, at times
even a whiff of the scent will
do-wacka-do.

I'm o.k., got's me a rainy day,
gonna take a ride on the creation
side, but I'm still thinkin' bout you

i'll drift on the spring scents
the nonsense
the off-key drags of sound
but i'm missing that power
that drive
that deep percussion state of alive

missin the serendipity
the sync
the momentary blink of an eye
the sudden flourish of thought
in time and space
a wired out face
an untempered why

missin that now jam
that spark, that pow jam
sidestepped by relax
by flow, by takin it slow
i'm missin that urgent word
but maybe, just perhaps
that engine's been stirred

I feel it startin' up
and there ain't no
better way than to jam!!!

jam, he exhales
and the molecules all fly in a solid line
ear hears

jam, he sculpts
and the wires bend and twist and circumvent
space race

jam, they sing
and the notes toss and turn on a sea of no size
word birds

leaving my fortress and
setting sail on the vast
trabajo ocean in order to
feed my monetary thirst
and daily bread needs,
at least one of us here at the
casa can live the artista
life on a daily basis and
I feel a sense of comfort in
that fact.......................
