first hike in nearly 3 months
picked a flat trail near the marsh
the fungi was spectacular, and the woods

did two mile in two hours
a nice slow pace, careful not to face-plant
tripping over roots or slipping in wet spots
the hike jam is back on.....yesterday was exactly
60 days since open heart surgery
and quintuple bypass surgery.....30 more days til
sternum is completely healed
by feeling great......stamina was good
only a few pains this morning in leg
they harvested a vein from to use in bypass
feeling blessed and most appreciative
