o happy itch of the opiate nose

o childhood

o hangover, brightened by sense

o mind, unused, o recycled thoughts

ow my foot

ooo those are my balls

"crank it up," said the sage,

"might'z well kick it up the mountain,

nobody else knows the heights."
and knowing i'm so eager to fight cant make letting me in any easier.

rolling my rock up the mountain by the sweat of my brow
busting my back just to see the view from the mountain top
It is all down hill from there.

no to my grandparents
no.no.no
and so it is, out on th other side
the dissaffected,
being here now
seeing the intransigence
the stupidity

I thought I was having a nightmare. I took out my personal Swiss army knife and jabbed the palm of my hand. I was able to feel the pain and see a drop of blood. I was not asleep. It was all really happening.Brian Willson
As the Vietnamese lieutenant and I silently made the one-plus hour return trip to our airbase in my jeep, I knew that my life was never going to be the same again.
Brian Willson

time for a change
I am saying no to life
Going through a sea change
See me now gone later
Blessed are those who have not seen

If not for cigarettes and poetry, I would be gone all ready

big band rock and roll
no words
train coming as the music ends

If I had been a Zen master I would have broke that keyboard over her head.

So now all I got to do is not let her have too much power over me. All I got to do is remember every day is father's day, earth day, mother's day, Thanksgiving Day, Chirstmas and Chanuka and Easter too, but if I had my druthers I think I will skip July 4th this year.

happy step father/grandfather's day to you all:

firsty, wireman, and jimboloco. did I forget any one?

jitterbug boy and the moonstep hop
got pop rock candy tops blowin off heads of steam
the train kep-a-rollin all fight long
no one noticed for the clanging
and the banging in the stairways
fatherhood is a dream
the men of boys are heroes and the men of toys are nothing
tapping on this keyboard
making chords
dissonant electric magnetic fields and streams of water balloons
huff huff puff puff
snitty snooty bang bang
back to the lines, men!
and knowing i'm so eager to fight cant make letting me in any easier.
