I may not have been born to lead
But I would follow those raga/blues
where ever they go
like
"eighteen wheels humming Home Sweet Home"
Still trying to make it out the door.
A world of flowers out there still
In the green summertime.
I caught a glimpse of a crescent moon last night

God Bless You Mr Rosewater--- KV
slaving away at hot computer
working in my jockey shorts
"Hello, this is the Rosewater Foundation. May I help you?
May I have your Zip or Postal Code
Selling snake oil and excercise machines again
I kind of miss the paper clips
Nobodies desperate prayers depending on quack cures
Just a paper clip salesman at heart
I watch my comfort zone
A frustrated doctor
A perpetual pre-med student for twelve years.
My comfort thermostat set by the Christ Jesus, Buddha and do no harm.
I rode my motor sickle yesterday
Battery dead from non use
Charged it and made to the Handy Andy store for pie shells
Cherry again.
its summertime and the living is easy

Cool 97 degrees today
I struggle with my motor fears
Trying to get mindless
And relax
But I let my anxieties get control
I am running out of band aids
I need motorcycle training wheels
Riding with my heavy jacket on to keep my hide intact
Like wearing a sweat lodge
Feels good to sweat
Makes me feel pure
Real estate in New Orleans getting pricey too
The ninth ward like a no man's land
Miles and miles of abandoned houses
Full of swamp critters and violence
Who knows what or who is living in those houses
It feels like the 33rd of August
Listening to Mickey's blues
Today, theres no salvation, the bands packed up and gone
Left me standing with my penny in my hand
theres a big crowd at the station where the blind man sings his song
But he can see what they cant understand.
(CHORUS)
Its the thirty-third of August and Im finlly touching down
Eight days from Sunday finds me Saturday bound.
Once I stumbled through the darkness, tumbled to my knees
A thousand voices screamin in my brain
Woke up in a squad car, busted down for vagrancy
Outside my cell as sure as hell, it looked like rain.
But now Ive got my dangerous feelings under lock and chain
Guess I killed my violent nature with a smile
Though the demons danced and sang their song within my fevered brain
Not all my God-like thoughts, Lord, were defiled.
