Mingo's lingo, how it speaks to me.

Keep sharing. Your words and thoughts are gems. And I love exploring.
I used to walk with my head in the clouds but I kept getting struck by lightning!
Now my head twitches and I drool alot. Anonymouse

that bit about the spartan women and marriage is a wickifact.

Spartan woman, she don't need no stinking burqua. She could walk around naked and look a man in the idea.

I suppose she scented the man she wanted by his pheromones. Then she Probably accidentally bumped up against him in the dark.

That's my random opinion for the day.

I appreciate the art work el mingo

Heh heh. Yeah, I'm back and I'm sassy! Well, not really sassy. But the mouse can dream.
Thanks for the great welcome, that picture supreme. A feast for the eyes!

I shall linger awhile.

Got the mother of all thunderstorms booming around here this morning. Woke me up and the sky turned into a waterfall. The heart of the storm has moved off to the east now but the sky is giving off with a gazillion raindrops.

There ain't nothing to add to that.

I have a stegosaurus on my windowsill. 1/40th life size. She's (yes, she) waiting for Dionysus to show. Said she'd been promised. Until then she has decided to remain in a plastic state. I keep watch myself but I'll probably miss it when it happens. May not even be here. Be off chasing a part for an Oldsmobile or something & when I return the stegosaurus will have vanished & all that will be left is a fading scent of wine on the air. Maybe a vine or ivy leaf being twirled by the wind blowing across the porch. That's exactly my kind of luck in these things. Well, I hope it happens for her & I hope she has a hell of a time. I told her one time that the women follow him all over the hills and when they come across a goat or any other animal they tear it to pieces with their bare hands & eat the meat without benefit of cooking. "O Cool !" was her only reply.

"Tis passing strange Jack, I was listening to a song just last night with the title of "18 Wheels"... "Chevrolet burning in the left hand lane, me I'm looking down through the window pane - Beehive's laying with her head in his lap - I don' believe she was taking a nap"... I once heard the call to drive truck. But I only listened to it & never answered.

Yeah Jack, sometimes I luck out by serendipity. Makes me glad sometimes that I remain unconscious of many things and do not seek to know them because I'm sure I couldn't manage things half so well as I do simply by leaving what I can alone.

I've read somewhere that a poet doesn't necessarily write poems. To put what was once a living breathing moment into stone is to fossilize it. Is that poetry ? Is it ? My poems pass incognito from the bank of the river through the town market up the hillsides & into the mountains beyond.

But there is another part. The charge, responsibility, yes DUTY, to make a noise. To invoke. To involve to evoke to emote. To whisper. To SHOUT. To soothe. To anger. To divide. To make whole. To forge a chain. To make an escape.

And if the Supreme Bitch should show in answer to your call try hard as you hell can to kiss her even if she gives you a mouthful of bad breath. If you can't get the kiss then give her hair a good hard pull. Make a noise.
