I am not sure it has been over thirty years since I tried to read it but I think it is from Fear & Trembling and The Sickness Unto Death, or maybe Either/Or.

I think maybe it was One of those two books. It could also be from The Concept Of Dread. Thirty six years since I tried to read those books in the wake of mine and spider woman's abortion.

I searched for it but have not found it yet.

Oh...you've tapped me up for the night, my mind spinning and I remember before jumping and how that felt with a lot of fear but the curious excitement. I'd never jumped before, not ever like that and I'm relieved I did. All whirly and swirly, I want to show you one of my old pieces from the time...

My Catfish friend and how we'd meet

Tattered pieces like tear stains;
soaking on a pillow case.
Emotions out of hand.
Lil Momma has sad frowny face,
but can't drag her from feeling
every bit of it.
Cause darlin' wants more and more.
What a basket case!

She says she's jumping, so direct her fall.

Drive her to Will's Mountain,
let her see Lover's Leap!
Legends of White Dove and Running Bear,
reel through her pouting head.
Encourage the silly girl to deliberately jump-
let her live, let her risk
but below---------------
a shimmer silver pond
deep as her crazy mind.
Wink and she'll brave it,
Say, "The moment is rare my doll."

"Jump Baby Jump!"

Her breath will catch,
then her chest goes squeeze.
Prolly, suffer quite a fright;
shake in the knees,
but remember only the thrill
as the water embraces the lovely mess.
Giggles and brutal happiness,
lil’ Momma in her chaotic best
will swim with her cat fish fiend,
in the damp, dark bottom deep.

They'll make perfect strange friends.
It's never the end...see?
`Do you know, I was so angry, Kitty,' Alice went on...`when I saw all the mischief you had been doing, I was very nearly opening the window, and putting you out into the snow! And you'd have deserved it, you
little mischievous darling!

It is so easy to find a woman who forgets about words.

I was bouncing off your use of the word flirting

I was thinking about an article I read about women and their smiles and how men are such optimists

I went searching for it on studio eight and found this which I thought interesting.
http://www.studioeight.tv/phpbb/viewtop ... ting+smile
Tinker Jack user name was inspired by the Plath poem and the Hawthorne character Hester Pryne. The poem and the novel so entangled in my twisted mind.

Trying to get a grip on it this morning so much to do I am trying to simplify my day. 50 percent chance of rain, i want to ride my motor sigh to run errands but I imagine all the families tax documents for four people a wet lump of paper.

Thanks for the art work
all redheads.

I think about that day in Pittsburgh when I first saw the picture of Mariana from the The Tennyson poem. She was a redhead too. A smile on her lips while speaking the word "no"
I saw a red glow in her brown eyes, like looking at the glowing embers in a fire place.

But my heart was not in her
I was the raven haired Jewess with my eyes.

What am I saying and why?
Beats me dame.

So strange to see your self in someones else's eyes, There is a French word for it "Thunderclap" love, instantaneous in irreversible.
And finally when we were alone together in that bedroom and she sat on the bed and smiled at me. I walked away because I felt unworthy.

I been working on my vanity page page a little

More later and thank you you.

Little Lila let
him have her shadow back,
for it was the one,
the one without flaws.

Tit for tat, tip tap
and some how that went on...
goes without saying
she runs from sitting
by her own side too long,
too long it were indeed
a shadow much taller
as she walks away.

Just in my spooky haunted house.
I think I died more times than I can count,
nine lives and that's a cat tale.

Removed the one that must of hassled you,
been acting up for a long time now, guess I'm desensitized.

You find ways to let me know I've gone too far, and I take so much freedom in writing here or writing whereever I think you are (as in catfish), I forget what's acceptable and what's not, then today I could see you were unhappy that I'd lost some boundary or something. I don't know, I just know you wanted me to know it.

My temper's too hot and I can't stand myself for days now, which adds to it. Damn, I'm not handling vacation well.

Next Big Thing in English: Knowing They Know That You Know

Catfish are not kosher. No scales. When I think of your catfish I think of Richard Brautigan.

I met him once, well not really met him, but passed him on the street one day. He flashed me a beatific smile, and I glared back.

Not sure what it is
just a free give and take
between cyber pals.
I just punch the keys

The catfish o.k. by me Jack, and Richard, and that you hadn't smiled back.

It's a spooky kind of night.

If I could draw a self-portrait, it'd look like this, but I can't.
Strange dreams, to get a close-up of the black and white lady in shade, it was just hanging there like that, I did the best I could. By way of dreams.

I'd like to be a shadow pressed against the wall and tomorrow I could wake up knowing I'd been somewhere to heal my soul.

I feel pretty good this morning like a weight has lifted
probably the taxes are done

not much to say
expect good morning amiga
and thank you for the self portrait
Makes me feel like I can see you.

I'm glad you got your taxes done somehow or other, maybe in your sleep :P

I woke up great! though I'm already ready for a nap.
I don't remember any of the dreams either, just felt like it was a nice morning to wake on, and also to know you made it through the night.
