Just got back from the doctor. I couldn't read the doctor's writing. I thought the prescription said Percocet. I was looking forward to it. Turns out the word I read was my last name. Peri.....Too bad the pharmacist read it properly.
I'm not usually exceptionally fond of narcotics but it would have been nice to have a couple of Percocet tonight just to ease the pain. Maybe I should change my last name to Percocet?
Pay no attention to the woman behind the mirror. I just made all of this up. Nothing is real. Not even pain. I write fiction.
