What dya do

Post by judih » February 21st, 2005, 9:23 am

what dya do
when you've overstayed your welcome
when you're runnin on empty
when you've played your best hand
and it's so critically bad

what dya do
when all the cynicism in your heart
leaks into your bloodstream
and even the jokes
curdle your mind

what dya do
when the best you've seen
is the worst of banality
when your words
hit bottom
and your mission shrieks without a voice

whatdya do, man, whatdya do
when even that karmic law
of return
seems better than what taunts ya in your mirror

whatdya do

ya end it
ya just end

hunter baby, good bardo to you, sir and thanks for everything

Very nice tribute Judih.
?

That seems an odd use of the word tribute.

Hi, still, how ya doin'.

Not an odd use, tho if it were, that would suit me fine for I am odd and like odd, also awed.

tribute: something given or contributed voluntarily as due or deserved; especially: a gift or service showing respect, gratitude, or affection. Something that indicates the worth, virtue, or effectiveness of the one in question.

Sounds like a tribute of sorts to me. 8)

gratitude, or affection
?

I have the greatest respect for the mind of judih, it is a hard mind, steel, carbon steel, no harder yet, it is a diamond mind.

Sometimes I catch a glimpse of it when she sparkles

I do not think her post was affectionate. I do not think it was disrespectful. I think it was .......

wait a minute, I am no expert on mouse anatomy so I can't tell from your picture if you are male or female. This just might be a guy thing.

I am in awe of that post my judih, a diamond truth, a very hard turth. and you know what they say about the truth and freedom,

Nit pickety pick pick pick!!!!!!!!! :D Joshing with ya! :)

Nice tribute to Judih, still, in all her living splendor. You come up with some verbal gems you know. Keep trucking still trucking.

And tho it matters not one wit of what gender persuasion the mousey1 is I well tell you she is indeed she. Read my poetry....doesn't it sound girly mush mush mush?

Sometimes gender is irrelevant sometimes it isn't.

hi mouse and still t

thanks for discussing this and my mind (if the coincidence of ions in the same skull count for mind)

i was channeling.
genderless channel.

thinking. dissolving into what hunter s .t. has impressed upon me, and 'being' that impression - trying to get to the point where i would end it with a gun to my head.

i wouldn't - i don't get close to guns - even in public transportation when soldiers are always carrying theirs.

still - channeling happens sometimes, and those words happened this afternoon a few minutes after i read jimboloco's statement up top, here at doreen's.

i still wish him good bardo - that limbo time where the buddhists believe the soul leaves the physical and accepts the help of guides to the next dimension.

good bardo
may the interim go well.

and meantime, may we all take strength in one another.

Dr Gonzo is gone
zo what ya gonna do?
I'm gonna make me a cup a cuban coffee
an paint th day Blue.
genderless sometimes, I suppose but we have this issue of the phenomenolgy of female spatiality, or male. Reading the string about suicide DR and LR going on, and I am thinking what are these people debating I can't follow it.

digression
there are four things wonderous to me, the way of a serpent on a rock, an eagle in the sky, and the way of a man and woman.

looking for gender issues, wombless males are we better killers.

remember slippery words
the spilling guts and crazy sounds
[how can i say this differently?]
[how can i be me?]
with neal's speed and ken's colours,
timothy's science and ginger's haste
with tom as disciple, stealin' more
til i come, i adore

i see no way
no better ending
it had to be
this way

what I did...ah well, a nice weekend in the mountains and I come home to find the Doctor had chosen his weapon. This came pouring out:

Hunter baby
you piss me off
what did you think
(did you think?)
would happen when the finger
pulled the trigger?

you moth
you mother
you insectile baby
Did you have to?
Pull that trigger?
What? life is not enough?
you wanted instant death too?
well, pick your poison
you certainly did

you piss me off...

I ain't gonna cry over your bones
you pissed me off
left me holding the book
you asshole

okay, I admit I am mad
crazy
nuts
but tell me Doctor,
am I gonna die with a gun
in my hand?
NOPE
NEVER
so you piss me off

Tonight the moon is full
round as your face
'couldn't you wait until...
well, until that truck hit you
or you fell into the well?
couldn't you wait?
guess not asshole

I will get over it
this angry mood
the moon will phase,
eclipse & you will pass
into HST history
and lay on my shelf
covered in dust

maybe I should cut out
the pages and hide a gun
in fear or loathing

just rewards, jerk
By the way, how's Tricky Dicky?

Peace (however you find it)
