I hate sirenas sounds. Also helicopter´s ones. I know they announce help in this caso, but I still hate them ... They still sound... There was an explosión a few blocks from here because a gas scape. It was specially thrilling because we have here three months of lacking of gas because gas problems ... plus my brother was buying in a supermarket in the same block of this morning explosión... And I also have a friend & her family in the same block...Both of them are ok..., but I recived crossed cell phone messages while at work this morning and it wasn´t funny ... relief & sadness at the same time... love thoughts for the dead and hurted ones and their familiares & friends...

Sorry to hear of the troubles
My eyes too weary too read the links
I been computer reading for almost forty eight hours straight, my retinas pixelated :?

well not actually forty-eight hours  I had about three two hour naps and it is only forty hours in so far. I been studying online for a job with a search engine company. Well not actually a job, I would be a self-employed contractor at $13.50 USD per hour. :D I lost my job on the bus and things been tight here too, I have to borrow money every month. But everything still working here in the derepública de paraíso so far. Maybe not so much if you are a woman though. Austerity big time for women's health care.

escuchar la música de mi amigo :)

gone to check the links later after I catch up on some more sleep

Amazing that you can stand so many hours in front of the computer!! And yeah, take care of your eyes (you don´t need to read the links or today´s news :it seems it was just inoperancia & descuido & apuro & bad luck & a boom causing destruction, death & a politic´s revuelo in the four directions -we have elections next sunday-...)

What happened yesterday made me wonder about how difficult (for individuals, societies and governments) must be to deal with daily explosions plus other impacts in some zones of our planet ...

Yesterday I didn´t wanted to listen to music, today at least I can. I´ll use your link, gracias! :)

Best wishes with your self-employment s-trucking & thanks for reading!

I finished my first exam. I am going crazy in three-quarter time waiting to find out if I passed. Going to read the links now. I know I wrote amigo, but it was not a typo. I just can't get my head around Spanish, or French too for that matter. How can a noun be masculine or feminine. I mean a noun is a noun is a rose. :?

I used have an amiga, but it was a long time ago. it was a neat machine 8) :)

noun´s género is another planet for angloparlantes, I know it! It´s always funny to listen to you making those kind of mistakes, don´t worry...!!!!

ahhh ... waiting! ... we are all somehow in a sort of collective waiting in Rosario since tuesday, there is a kind of different tempo in the air ... for the near ones sure it´s a total nightmare ... :(

best wishes also with your waiting time, amigo!

did they ...?

http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hermanos_Musulmanes

Today it was an emergent when a seventh year kid when doing an oral exposition with her group about Ancient Egypt said very seriously that the gobernantes were Sadat and Mubarak and that the last one have problems with the economy and corruption... I asked her "when did you said they governed Egypt?" , "Well, one of them in 2004", I asked "before of after Christ?" and she aswered "Well, the information didn´t said that.." ... :)
They know thanks the TV "that it will be there a civil war" and about "the lot of dead people there in the last days" - more or less the same I already know- ...

(I´ll keep reading a little more and search in other links)

Well, according to Wikipedia during the XX century it seems Sadat was somehow interesting but Camp David fucked it all ... damn...!

Egypt´s flag metamorphosis , maybe the one they have nowadays it will be not the last one for them:

peace to them!

well, there are clases -sociales- in Egypt & clash & struggle (explicit or subtle) among them ... and things can be diferent than we -sitting somewhere else - can imagined or wished to be ... (and this rules also everywhere beyond Egypt and beyond the present).: that was what this article murmured to me mixing complexity with some kind of comprehension offering´s relief ...

http://www.counterpunch.org/2013/08/22/ ... -struggle/

well, it´s not enough ... peace to all of us!

Today I discovered that Syria has the same Egypt´s flag stripes format & colors...
Also that they are fighting neighbor to neighbor around Damascus and that it seems the gas sarín or something similar was finally in action, so sad ... :(

Meanwhile, most of my students gave great oral lessons about ancient Egypt joined with drawings, temporal lines, maps and maquetas, the girl with the 5000 years gap rectified her information and they all had a funny moment trying to identify verbal and gestual "muletillas" in each other´s performances... The Asyrians, the Hebrews and the Ancient Greek and Roman are waiting for us now....! (three school months to december, I doubt we can reach the Medieval times at time this time... I´ll try to make space for Mahoma, tough .. )

yeah, the idea of militar gobiernos are difficult to digest to me ... militars shooting manifestantes is even difficult to digest... revealing, tough, to consider the other side of the story (according with the autor of this article) knowing some facts about Morsi´s raising and brief government:

Beyond any morals or ethics if you are a government and most of the most army-powered countries of the west world are expecting to prove that you are using chemical weapons in an internal conflicto in order to invade or bombed you, would you use chemical weapons knowing that ...? it´s just not common sense ... :? but who knows... (if something like common sense even exists of if it is working there at this moment...)
