was looking at franz marc's
paintings yesterday and
realized he was making
bright colorful cave paintings
really cool to boot
he died of a head wound in ww1
with a letter on its way to the front
sending him back to berlin because
of his value to germany as an artist
he specialized in pointillist and cubist
camoflauge and was in the trenches
with other art geniuses like max ernst
andre breton, apollinaire, and one
adolph hitler (no genius), who the academy shoulda
accepted....
was into ww1 air warfare last month, what
an eye opener, probably the end of chivalry.
