jammin to music
mixed bag
guitars wailin
words ascending
"Money!"
scramble
all the weather angst
gone tonight
i mean i dont flip
and make a raid on
the grocery store
but it does effect
my work status
got the wire goin
had a nice midday
out for food n drink
some jazzy hippity hop
shit on now
this wire, the 20 gauge
got lotsa oil on it
makes for black fingers
still thinkin bout
that travelin man
basho
reading bout henry m.
via erica jong
very enlightening read
stonehouse coming
read a bit of his stuff before
a kinda han shan character
"everybody fightin bout that spoonful!"
the wire waits
time to get back at it!

oh shit
the stonehouse stuff
is magnificent
content
length
form......perfect
of course red pine
is the best chinese
poetry translator/interpreter
its more confirmation
that this is the best
way to go poetically
feeling nature
feeling place
little dwelling on ego/self
im getting sick of the
me me me....love love love shit
allusions to life and its mysteries
is what i seek
the chinese have it so right
for millenia
even the war poems
of tu fu and the influence
he had upon basho
elude to nature
but u know they're
talking about the
futility of war
enough
jam on me
we got a taste
of what u been
going thru weatherwise
this week....& it sucks!
all hail mongolia!

to re-read
what Basho said in the
beginning of knapsack notebook
about poetry still
knockin me out out out
must be the time of life
i find myself in that this stuff
is slamming me up the head
radioactive wows all down the page
quiet around here weather wise
sky was blue first trip to the longhouse this morning
but overcast now -
biggest thing temp up to 25 degrees
almost feels good to what's been happening
i been reading poetry since i was 11
writing since 12
Basho says i don't know shit
and he's right
hell yeah, Mongolia !
twice!

you're having way too much
fun down there -
it is frigid up here
you speak of "thunder snow"
i think the rumbling sound i hear
is the grinding of continental ice sheets
heading my way
frost patterns on the inside
of the bathroom window
i'm gonna stand out in the field
and meet the ice sheets head on
with short-form poetry on my lips
it'll be the mingo's last stand !
Hell Yeah, Mongolia !
... yeah, i know - too much winter,
too much snow ...
