3 weeks here, now we're
getting 6-10 inches
down to 3 tonight

a moonrise as I was dragging kayaks
across the snow to the shed
behind the longhouse here
i got all open sky around me here

still ain't used to the view

snow melting

people walking
faster
food even tastes
better now

more towards guitar
thats the feel
just to set the
soul free

a real cartoon monsoon
as I move around the shack
as the road comes to hand
the past shrinks in awareness
with no sign of wrath
no handle ever lasts

too many blankets
or enough craft
to keep up with
his glands deep into
wilderness
well, I know I can't stop
wondering about satellites
or sand or sandals
or anything else left behind
the wind only blows here
not in the future
or the past

but high 30's & into the 40's too
even today the sun is out
