This is gorgeous. There is something about ice formations that is so fascinating. During the winter when I am defrosting the windshield of my car I just sit there, freezing my butt off, watching the ice crystals, their intricate patterns, and how they change as they begin to melt. Matter changing form. Have you ever read, "The Hidden Messages in Water" by Masaru Emoto? It is a thought provoking read (and fantastic images too).

Well hello, Renee, didn't know you were a member of the studio! Nice to see another familiar byline. Thanks for taking note. No, I'm not familiar with the book, but it sounds like it might resonate with me. I've got a video/slideshow in the shop now, dedicated to the ripples & patterns on the surface of running water.
