the search for empathy

Post by saw » December 27th, 2016, 10:43 am

empathy oh empathy
where are you ?
if you remained buried
we will soon join you
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading

oh I can't say it's buried...
I was attacked by it bout a month ago...

no, it's very alive man... alive enough
that I need to learn how to protect
myself from another attack...

and that cost money... lol

peace
many is a word

I was under the impression that compassion was more cultivating
Empathy for an empathy is not always groovy
Then there is the healing..
Empathy is a beautiful thing-
!and very exotic sometimes even illusion

Smoke
In the eyes
I could feel a young blonde woman crying
She was my mother
Her sadness
Was her own
She is not alone
Oh how that chromosome
Will roam
reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---

Very riveting words----without empathy we have indifference, intolerance, war----and if we have war a lot of people will be buried.

I see this seemingly slight poem as very pregnant with meaning and very serious.
The Irish Sea Is Always In Turmoil, Even When Calm.
