While walking my dog, I hear one some mornings in one of my neighbor's back yards, but haven't spotted him yet.
I'm still trying to get a good shot of a great blue heron, but they always seem to spot me first.

The only thing that works for me is to sit quietly some distance away, and use a nice, long lens...
