it's coming along - seem to have a little more pain this time around. The weather's been uncooperative for walking therapy - snow, ice, extreme cold - but it's moderating. I managed nearly 2 miles yesterday - and I'm feeling them today. Rain expected this afternoon, but tomorrow looks promising. How 'bout yourself?

sorry to hear you're experiencing more pain, Roy. hopefully by spring, you'll be healed enough to swallow up the landscape with extra appetite.

Don't I know it - I hurt myself last year in a bout of overenthusiastic PT to where I had to lay off for a few days. Slow & easy it is.....
