Uruguay stops the negotiations with Argentina. Tabare Vazquez said that the negotiations with Mr. K no dieron resultados and now he will take to conflict to the Mercosur . Argentina will take the conflict to La Haya.
The point is Botnia didn't stop the construction and didn't clarify the way they will do the paper production (despite what they said some weeks ago) and because that, the bridge and route cuts continue.
They asambleas will decide what to do today.

I was trying to translate the story and this is what I got for the first couple of lines.
Each one interpreted to its taste the new report on the impact of the wastebaskets criticized to the companies. But also it weakened the preoccupations.
I thought it was pretty funny. I am sure that had nothing to do with nothing.

It finally dawned on me what the FMI is. Going to check it out.

Comerciantes (salesmen?) made the ambientalists got out from the route (desalojar) by force * the newspaper said it was not too violent *.

See:

http://www.pagina12.com.ar/diario/elpai ... 04-19.html

The author of the note Mario Weinfeild, talk about the possible limits and consequences of direct action in Argentina since last five years. And what happens if the direct action is made by the so/ called middle class. He put as examples the asambleas ambientalistas in Entre Rios and what is happening in the university/conflict in the UBA.

Chavez for the solution of the Argentina/Uruguay conflict in a bilateral way. He said that Mercosur countries that want to have TLC with USA have to leave the Mercosur.
