my life as a surrender monkey

Post by mnaz » December 31st, 2006, 11:56 pm

i travel hard, and light.
hard light inspires travel.
i get lost in hard light until i hit town,
where plastic flags sprout from steel wagons
and peace will be cancelled like my voice.

A fine piece, mnaz.

Swift, light, even Swiftian, but more hard light like Gary Snyder, only better.

"PM" me about coming down south here, would you?

We are ready to receive you.

for peace to be cancelled indicates immense hope
cancelled peace implies a present peace able to be lost
light must be hard, difficult, heavy if it can consider
peace as more than a pipedream
