Laird's Prayer
Laird's Prayer
Our Dude who art beyond
mellow be thy vibe
give us this day our dame
and some dough;
toss us towards the
Big T......
O' Tempt-Tay shun....
and let us phuck over--Carpe
Diem as the phagglios say, raht ---
those who attempt to phukk with
us before they have the opportunity.

From the Book of Elevation
And the Moon
turned to sapphire;
dread chet baker
trumpets rang in the distance,
a velvety priestess on her
jeweled horse approached,
opals adorning her nipples--
and Babylon
tatted in 80 different
bar codes across her
lithely bod .....;
but she left with like
a rich RN from Burlingame
and phucks there were not,
preemptive or otherwise...........

That was the Big Eye
as in Irony, dewd--not an ethics lecture.
(or better big S as in Satire, from satyr)
We are working with Screepture, here, Einstein.
From the Sermon on the Couch
Consider the lilies of the valley--
they give little thought for the
morrow. What punks they be.
Why Solomon in all his glory
was never as spineless
as the cafe peasantry
as in Irony, dewd--not an ethics lecture.

Promises.
And they saw a Star
to the west
beckoning on high;
the eldest
taking it for a sign:
"the brat
lies that away, you
meshugginahs."
And then the Magi
three in number
being named
Moe Larry Curly
turned
their caravan
towards the star....
barely eluding
the hittite authoritays
(nyuk nyuk nyuk, you'll never
take us alive copper!)

I am a liar too
Ok I will explain myself in case I used the wrong emoticon
Obviously I was playing with the double meaning of the f word.
While I was posting back to that harlot of babylon reply which I liked very much. you posted your einsten crack cause you could see that I did not get it. Violence is such a touchy feely thing to me, anytime you make reference to that mighty smighty G*d of my mothers I tend to knee jerk. My appology for that, hell I will even appologize to al sharpton if that helps. maybe U say I did not get your point about irony, but I could see the humor in it. Like I said I must have used the wrong emoticon
nice work
done.
please feel free of me.
I, my first reply was purely visceral.

Golgotha Drive-through
Initially it wasn't greek
they squeaked;
neither Caesar's latin
nor schweet Shebrew--
but aramaic, sort of
thieves jargon, ah wager
street arabic: tho'
Kid Galilee probably knew
the torah and such, like
a cleric would. So. WTF.
Centurions gathered;
old feds, the solons safe
in their villas
and some weepy
broads, and perps strung up.
Many a miserable tale told,
yet no spook there (or at
history's other state executions)
as the soldiers played craps
in the shadows: Nolde sorta
did it up right

Screepture feature:
Hay Zeus his posse of Apostles 12
and Big Paulie (nee Saulie); the scribes
Marky Mark Luke and old Matt--
weird as any sputnik sci-fi....
Yet the wiggiest words of all
are the conclusion (that is following
the Pax Romana agit-Prop of Piedro
I and II, and the nearly irish-boy James);
the Book of Revelations, the meaty Apocalypse
---farmer's kids
swallowing cod liver oil.
TJ didn't care for it:
"It is between fifty and sixty years since I read it, and I then considered it
as merely the ravings of a maniac, no more worthy nor capable of
explanation than the incoherences of our own nightly dreams... I cannot
so far respect [the extravagances of the composition] as to consider
them as an allegorical narrative of events, past or subsequent. There is
not coherence enough in them to countenance any suite of rational
ideas... "
