Fractured Fairytale

Post by saw » June 24th, 2008, 6:31 am

the gingerbread man
was well endowed,
the witch in the woods
wanted nookie,

but how would it look
to the girls in the coven
getting caught in the act
with a cookie.

lol a pet name for my girlfriend is cookie so I'm available to testify if it comes down to it...she's also a witch and I tell her go fuck herslf all the time :D

nice morning laugh Steve

one nit, might consider dropping a couple syllables in that 6th line, something like;
but how would it look
to the enclave girls
getting caught in the act
with a cookie.

(you might also consider coven for enclave because of the 'oven' cookie connection)

We should not mind if on our ear there fell. Some less of cunning, more of oracle...Thoreau

it is a great poem, steve and i'll always fall for a fractured fairytale.

emel, any excuse to use the word 'coven' - it would work great here.
to me it's like 'haven'
a fabulous idea filled with connotations
