so, of course you'll be going to Shakespeare & Co book store, and the Beat hotel and all the old haunts? Jim Morrison's grave?
there's a tour that Graham Seidman recommended (remember him from litkicks?) on the site:
http://www.geocities.com/privaj/Graham.html
Since it's a geocities site, the bandwidth is small, but check out the link for the 'tour'
What an exciting way to spend your b-day

Judih, thanks for the tip! I'll check it out. I'm also doing a four day sde trip to London while I'm there. They have that train that takes you between Paris and London in 2 and a half hours. Any suggestions? Of course I will be going to Pere Lachaise to visit Jim (even though his grave is practically on lock-down after the headstone was stolen twice), and perhaps even Proust, Balzac, & Wilde while I'm a it. The Beat hotel and Shakespeare & Co of course as well!!!
D! Perhaps you can. I got my whole 11 night trip in a package deal off hotwire for 1700 bucks!!! Roundtrip flight and hotel included. If it's still too steep, how's about I send you a poscard and a je t'aime paris shirt from abroad?
