Lust. I'm fairly awash in it. Exuding from every pore I can almost smell its exuberance.

Lust, definitely...other than that I've pretty well got everything else in submission and towing the proverbial line.

sloth and boredom (maybe in relation) , my precious sins!!!

lust? i've pretty much outgrown that one.

gluttony? i enjoy 'pigging out' on occasion...

greed? no need for that... i have too much shit right now to care. (except $$, but who ever admits to having enough of that?)

sloth? does taking nap every p.m. count?

wrath? i lose it once in awhile. not like my younger days. i've mellowed..

envy? nah... but i was before i envied not being me.

pride? hmmm... that's an interesting one. pride in the country. pride in the soldiers dying in Iraq. proud to be black. proud to accept awards. when does pride become a sin? i've heard it said that a sin is something that we repeat, an act or action, that fucks with our inner calm. the more we do it the more sinful it becomes.

those seven sins are part of our growth experience but if we hang on to any of them, that's when they become sinful (guilty, anguished, pitiful...).

so i'll poll vault over that one.
