Oh joy!!!!! Count me in on that....never been one to miss out on a treat....especially one of such obvious benefit!!!!! Could this be why the mosquitos, not to mention every other living creature on earth, is repelled?

Yes knipster I am from Canada. British Columbia. And to narrow it down further....the sunny Okanagan.

I lived in London, Ontario twice, the last time in '83....nice as cities go. I imagine it's changed a lot since then.....as all things do.

Oh that's what there are!!!! I was wonder what they are called!!!! I was racking my brains over trying to figure out the name of them!!!! Thanks knip you're a God send!!!! The lawn look's good but you would want to walk around on it with your bare feet. It's really bumpy all over. But it's easy to mow!!!! knip any pics of your backyard????

Spring Planting

Abstroint you may think me lame, but only now have I mastered mowing and tending the yard here, which is huge. I put some flowers and a little statue in this one little section. I even found a solar powered light to put in too! It looks cool, at least to me, a very ungreenthumbed person....houseplants fear me....heh.

I would be interested in this point at some planting attempts for fall, I have a pretty good space for it, with good soil, thanks to the previous tenant here.....a friend of mine said he would till it up for me. But what do you recommend planting in the fall? I'd like to grow foods........
Also, I want to find out about growing patchouli. I went to the local nursery but they didn't really seem to have much info, although the owners were interested in looking into it, for a source.....

I don’t think your lame. I’m the lame one. I don’t know anything about solar powered lights, sounds cool though, and I have yet to plant for fall. Although I have been thinking about doing so since the rabbit (a different one than last year) has destroyed the sweet peas and pole beans.

This year has been different, I kept one plant my sister gave me I had kept alive for a year, almost lost it in a frost this past winter, but my good neighbor Glynda the white witch took it to her hospice for plants, saved it for me,

I got a jungle outside my kitchen window, if those morning glories keep growing like that I will be writing an episode for the twilight zone.
Leaving the HEB yester day I saw a sign that said By Me $1.74
Zinnia still has buds on it, still in a small pot, bought some potting soil and a bigger pot, wondering if that is a good idea?
So humid and hot down in San Antone there are two growing seasons for tomatoes.
