aww man.....
am in the middle of planning a drive to BC myself...was planning on seeing dave the dov on my way to hibbing on highway 61, and then stomp through montana's bitterroot valley, and then speed my way up to canada
but now i'm pining for astoria's fog once again...may have to pull some 24-hour drives in so i can squeeze all the socializing in...i could use some of neal's medicine, to be sure...

well, the eagle has landed. portland was gorgeous, and what i've seen of astoria so far all i can say is it's cozy and out of the way. i've only been here 5 minutes and i can feel the ocean from here already, and it is indeed pacific. the west is my homeland, and the pacific is my home ocean. always has been, and always will be.
so, come one, come all, i can't stay long and i want to meet everyone that's within earshot of here!!
i'm thinking that a christmas party may be necessary....

here for about a week. gotta see the ocean. gotta fill a book with the stories of this trip. and gotta be back in bc in time for familymas.

Very cool.....we gottalotta ocean and beach around here, Girl.....is Yab taking some time off his job during yr stay? I know they work the piss outta him where's he's at-if ya need someone to bum around with while he's workin' I'll be around.
