They enter the booth, blindfolded: there is a ballot-target with names/propositions, in each booth, on a table: the ballot is mounted to a dolly which revolves slowly. A bell sounds and they are allowed 30 seconds of blindfolded icepick jabbing. Then ballots are counted; those candidates/propositions with most jabs in the right target areas win.
