was these young supervisors
that didn't know their ass
from a hole in the ground
for burying ideas that never worked
but were resurrected
by sycophants to sound fresh
like lips kissing a big fat butt
soulless wannabes
with no imaginations
only regurgitation of everything
you had seen over and over again
and they hated me when I laughed at them
but I couldn't control myself
an idiot deserves no respect
a villain should expect a chorus of boos
but these yoyo's were indignant
how dare I not kowtow to their genius
and that would all be a big nothing
if they weren't also vicious bottom-feeders
looking to pad their numbers
at any cost, even trying to ruin
someone's stellar reputation
but alas, they were all of these things
and the writing was on the wall
and I turned in my papers, left
the very first day I was eligible
no fanfare, no retirement party
just walked away laughing and free
