Again, not the point. Removing Saddam did not fail as a policy objective. He's expired, no? So now please tell me again exactly why it is that we should endlessly and uncritically rubber-stamp (and even increase funding for) Bush's unilateral (and corrupt) war machine tied to Bush's unbending, tunnel-visioned "solution" in Iraq which has so clearly failed for such a long period of time?

We'll hear what the President-King has to say tonight about his "new strategy". My guess is more of the same, dressed up in new rhetoric and buzz, with a few more troops scraped together tossed into the mix. That, and the usual spurious Nine-Eleven, Nine-eleven, Nine-eleven tie-ins... Does that dog still hunt?
