I read Marx, and while I don't agree with everything he barked (class struggle itself dubious as some "necessary" argument--and it's not only conservatives who have said that), I dont' think KM would have even approved of the bolsheviks: or one hopes he wouldn't have. The Humor of Christ, by elton trueblood. Quaker propaganda maybe, but he talked about Christ's use of irony. I am still unclear on. But it is another book that got away from me like The Blue Book and a little book about the difference between the Greek and Hebrew concept of time. I remember the author saying that the Greeks devoloped historical science and the Hebrews historical religion. Something like that. But there is a big difference between the Greeks conception of time and the Hebrews.
