I will take care, I went to see my step-grandson play soccer this evening, a make-up game from last Saturday. Had an invitation to go over to Tampa and demonstrate a candle vigil about the 2000th soldier death. I did wear my Vets for Peace cap and cheered my head off. The black sharks lost to the blue sharks 2 to one.

shit in vietnam and iraq and afghanistan1 and afghanistan2, the majority of casualties have been civilians.

as far as smart bombs goes, er, precision munitions, well, shit, there's money to be made!

Thinking about Claude's father and the world war two vets. The silent fathers who never talked, who spent a lot of time alone in the basement or work shop tinkering around.

Just the words "collateral damage" give me the willies.
